The Spring Management Services has over 17 years of experience managing retail and real estate properties across Malaysia. We are currently the exclusive managers of The Spring Shopping Mall in Kuching and Bintulu, and Design Village Outlet Mall in Penang.

Our expertise encompass all aspects of property management including building services and M&E, housekeeping, carpark operations, foodcourt operations, marketing and activities as well as retail leasing.

Several of our management staff are certified property managers, and TSMS is the only ISO certified mall operators in East Malaysia.
